Position: IT Support and Coordination Specialist/Manager
Location: Princeton, NJ
Duration: 12+ months contract
Fully onsite (with occasional flexibility)
Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience providing hands-on software and hardware support for Windows and Mac OS
- Experience supporting Android and Apple mobile devices, printers, and copiers
- Experience providing AV support across a variety of technologies
- Hands-on experience with troubleshooting a wide variety of technology issues
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint), printing, and networking
- Exceptional customer service, facilitation, and collaboration skills
- Strong communication and change management skills
- Experience with project management or IT logistics/implementations
- Strong understanding of IT security fundamentals and best practices
- Ability to lift 25-50 lbs
- A valid driver license and the willingness to use alternate modes of on-campus transportation to get to job sites
Education
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
